No Refund Policy

All services offered are subject to a strict no refund policy. Once a booking has been made and payment has been processed, the service is considered confirmed and non-refundable.

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, you are welcome to contact us as soon as possible to discuss the option of rescheduling your appointment, subject to availability.

Rescheduling Policy

Requests to reschedule must be made prior to your scheduled appointment time. We ask that you provide as much notice as possible so that your appointment time may be offered to another client.

Rescheduling is offered at our discretion and is dependent on availability. Repeated rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

Exceptions / Non-Refundable Appointments

Appointments will be considered non-refundable and non-transferable under the following circumstances:

  • Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without prior notice

  • Failure to make contact to reschedule before the appointment time

  • Late cancellations or no-shows

In these cases, the appointment will be forfeited and cannot be refunded, rescheduled, or credited toward a future service.
